Asphalt additives
Amidoamines, made by reacting ethyleneamines with fatty acids, are used in a number of applications, including asphalt additives to improve properties of paved surfaces.
The following Huntsman Ethyleneamines are appropriate for use in asphalt additives:
- Diethylenetriamine (DETA)
- Triethylenetetramine (TETA)
- Tetraethylenepentamine (TEPA)
- Ethyleneamine E-100 (E-100)
- Aminoethylpiperazine (AEP)
